Contact Football

Contact American Football is probably the version of the game that you most recognise - players in helmets and pads. It is a really exciting game, very strategic - a bit like a game of chess with real players.

Here's a useful beginner's guide video from the NFL to give you a quick run down on how the game is played. For younger players the format would involve fewer players and shorter quarters.
