About Us
One and All American Football was set up by a number of experienced coaches who want to make sure that the game is available to anyone and everyone who wants to play or be involved, regardless of their level of fitness, their background, race, gender or anything else that makes us a wonderfully diverse society.
The organization not only boasts some of the most experienced coaches in the UK, it is also managed to the highest standards of welfare and equity, to ensure that you know that you will be safe trusting yourself or your children to come and take part.
The team behind One and All is focused on participation. The first thought of some clubs is winning above all else. Whilst winning is great, it shouldn't be at the exclusion of those that might struggle with their fitness or have other issues that make it tough to commit - carers, shift workers, people with mental health issues, disabilities or a struggle with their confidence. The only people excluded from One and All are those that do not value our vision and goals, and who think that bullying is acceptable.

To make a positive impact on the lives of people that come to One and All, ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We do this by working to make the participation in American Football available to ALL who want to take part, in a format that suits them, in a friendly and inclusive culture and an environment of mutual respect and support.
OUR MISSION
To provide opportunties for everyone to get involved in American Football in Cornwall, and to inspire young people to:
- Achieve their potential regardless of real or perceived limitations;
- Make positive life choices;
- Explore their ambitions and challenge themselves.
By providing a fun, healthy, safe environment for young people to develop as individuals and teammates.
