Flag Football

Flag football is growing in popularity across the UK and the rest of the world. It is a fast, fun format of the game and can be played at by any gender at any age.

There are various different ways to play this tactical non-contact version of American Football, but the most popular is 5 v 5. There is a great video here that explains a bit more about the game from the British American Football Coaching Association (BAFCA).
