One and All is led by team of committed professionals with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, welfare, mental health and communication.
They all believe that sport can be a positive influence on the lives of people and aim to increase participation from back gardens, beaches and parks to competitive teams and if desired, to compete at a higher level.
One and All offers high quality coaching in a friendly and inclusive culture, where everyone signs up to mutually respect each other and look out for one another.
Football should be fun, before anything else. Competition and progression are part of what we offer too, and there are pathways and advice for people that want to develop.
We are privileged to have four leading UK coaches at One and All, with years of experience between them in American Football and rugby. They are supported by a strong back office team, ensuring that all standards of welfare and good organization are adhered to.
